For example during the moon survival Matthew had knowledge that was relevant towards the topic which lead to a higher score at the end. But it was also disruptive towards the group due to faulty information in the geography and use of solar items.
Evan Fernandez always brings a positive attitude to the group which facilitates our group events well. For example during the envelopes with letters Evan was the outsider looking in for our group. During this time he proceeded to still help the group succeed even though they were supposed to not participate in helping the group. Even though his help did not lead to a solution for anyone’s puzzle he did what he could to help the group succeed. The only disruptive role Evan has filled is being absent on occasion. For example during the day we met to write our group paper he had family issues which lead to a lack of his input.
Dustan Holmdahl brings a wealth of knowledge to the group and uses to further the groups goals. For instance during the Winter Survival Dustan argued that it was better to stay at camp and wait for

The leadership of the group was emergent as everyone did not want to be the leader. Dustan displays these examples in the Telling selling participating and delegating style. For instance he always provides information during group chats. During these chats he sells why he thinks it should be that way. He was there to participate in the ball toss. He always delegates to Evan to write whenever we have need of a writer. Marie displays these examples in the telling selling participating and delegating style. For instance she always tells her opinion to every situation. She sells her ideas to others and gets them to act on her thoughts. She is always participating such as helping to type the paper. She delegates by pushing Matthew to type the paper due to being fast

The reason I choose to write my research paper on Matthew Shepard is because gays, lesbians, bisexuals, transgender (GLBT) is a topic that I feel very strongly about. I believe that no matter whom you like and who you are should determine if you are accepted by society. The audience I am aiming for is people who don’t agree with gays, homosexuals, or who just aren’t familiar with the topic, mainly teenagers and young adults. In a group interaction, being able to communicate was easy as we were able to take turn in speaking therefore everyone was heard around the group so there was no barriers of any other group member taking over the conversation or dominating the communication cycle between the groups. There was no group leader in this form of group interaction however another example of a group interaction in a health and social care setting where it is possible for a leader to be present within the other member who dominated both the communicational skills and interactive skills of the other members for example when a doctor is giving a briefing to the other, lower positioned nurses and doctors. This is where the head doctor takes the lead and may use a strong and firm tone to communicate to the rest of the group members. Also there would be minimum group interaction within the circle as it would be a formal…
