Regarding a particular product it is of almost necessary to know the consumers satisfaction to the value offered by the company in case of dissatisfactory result it is essential to as certain whether the dissatisfaction is for entire product or part of it is and what value do the consumers expect from it? The research will provide the relevant information to the organization about consumer’s attitude towards there products & services.
