Martha Stewart Domineering Styles Of Power
The style of the supervisor driving them would make a positive or a negative effect on the workers as per the circumstance.

Particular power styles in this two affiliations influences the behavior of the agent in different ways. In case we examine the domineering styles of power from the chiefs of the Martha Stewart's affiliation, it conflictingly impacts the agent. The delegates start to think isolated. They have a slant that they are not the part of the association as they are denied from the decision gaining ground.

On the other hand, the larger part administer and participative style makes an outstandingly positive attitude to the mind of the laborers, they start to feel at home since they were joined into the decision making stages.
