Sydney is the most famous and ancient city of Austrailia, other name is the habour city and nearby Sydney, Maroubra and Kogarah are ancient and beautiful suburbs. Marouba located in the south-east of the center business district, where we can visit the Maroubra Bay. From Sydney to the south, Kogarah has the combination of commercial areas, schools as well as health care services. There are some similarities and differences in population for both suburbs. Initially, The quantity of Maroubra’s people is twice higher than Kogarah while Kogarah has just under 11.000 people. Second, the proportion of the largest age group from 20 to 30 year old in Maroubra is 33 whereas this middle age group in Kogaradh has only 31%. In addition, the origin of surburs in local and overseas are slightly similar. Services have some variety points such as transportation, retail, hospital and education facilities. The services in Kogarah as a whole are better than Maroubra as Kogarah has main shopping area is located around Kogarah railway station. It took about 25 minutes to Sydney by train or 55 minutes by bus from Kogarah but there is not a train in Maroubra as well. However, The proportion of employee who drives to work in both suburb is mostly leveled out. There are shopping center, small shops , cafes, public schools, private school, in both places but there is not train or major hospital and college nearby Maroubra. Afterwards, there are graduately different price in housing between Median house and median apartment. The prices of Median House is about $650,000 and $420,000 per Median apartment. Nevertheless, The housing in Maroubra is more expensive than Kogarah so the figure of people who live in apartments in Kogarah higher than Maboubra at 4%.
