Also synonymous with the brand are the high level of personal service guests receive, and theextensive range of comprehensive business facilities available in luxurious settings.

The Oberoi Hotels, India has 127 exclusive rooms and is targeting corporate guests with a 2 to3night stay requirement.

Target business segments include the IT sector, due to the proximity of the property to Gurgaonand Noida the IT HUB of India; the automotive industry in order tocapitalize on the strategic location of the hotel in relation to the Overall Motors Plantthe NCR region, ie Gaziabad, Gurgaon and Noida mainly.
