1. Introduction

Reprographics (pvt) Ltd established in the year 1990 is an affiliate company of Access group of companies’ .Access Group is a top Srilankan company who has its interest in various diverse business activities. Access group is currently engaged in Engineering, Construction, Telecommunication, Medical and electricity to name a few.

Reprographics is the office automation of the group which supplies renowned “Konica Minolta” photocopiers from Japan. Having being one of the first companies of the group the company caters to the ever expanding sphere of imaging and document solutions. The company prides on providing the best possible solutions tailor made to each client specific needs. The company is reputed as one of the key suppliers of color and black & white copiers. With over twenty years experience in the automation field and the long term relationship with Konica Minolta of Japan the company has supplied to prominent government and private sector organizations. A key strength of the company is the expertise of the technicians these employees are provided with necessary on the Job training as well as overseas training to develop their skills which help them to carry out operations successful
