Cuddles are Us strives to produce mutually beneficial and satisfying exchanges with our target market. We are committed to the strategic use of the eight P’s of marketing a service; Product, Place, Price, Promotion, People, Process, Productivity and Physical environment to achieve this goal. Our product is a unique possession processing service designed to benefit pet owners in our target market. We have defined our core service as 24/7 pet sitting for a specific, identifiable target market with multiple convenience options for the owner to drop off and pick up their beloved pet. Diverse services enhancements available from Cuddles are Us are specifically designed to ease the burden of pet care for our customers and create additional revenue streams. Our supplementary service list is adaptable and needs based for our clients. We endeavor to maintain close contact with clients in order to fin tune the services we currently offer and to facilitate the development of new product and service offerings. Supplemental Services available for a fee are as follows:
1) Home pick up/drop off of pet. While at the home, our bonded and trustworthy employee will be available to pick up mail, newspapers and other security related functions as the pet owner requires such as cycling entry lights off during the daytime and turning on in the evening.
2) Full private and semi private rooms available at daycare facility.
3) Private one on one walking and play time available
4) Grooming services available ranging from nail clipping to full cut and blow dry offering best in show level service.
5) Special care features such as medication administration, special feeding requirements, gentle care for elderly or post surgical pets. Veterinary technicians are available 24/7 and we have daily visits from a consulting Veterinarian.
6) Dog training is available from basic commands to mutli level obedience training. Our facility is proud to have on site
