Marketing Local Brand Overseas

Executive summary
Importing a clove cigarettes from Indonesia to Russia might be a great idea for me , since the number of smokers in Russia is he 4th higher compare with another country around the world. It was also hard to find clove cigarettes outside Indonesia so that’s why I believe that the smokers in Russia will try to buy the clove cigarettes that made from Indonesia.

This report is based on the secondary sources. The sources that I found are from the Internet through government website. The materials that I found in the Internet are reliable and current.
The data collection methods of the research objectives are containing both qualitative and quantitative. Most of it are qualitative because, it contain of graph, table, and it was colorful.
The action that should be taken for my marketed are to take approval from both government in Indonesia and also Russia, which is really hard because of the different language. We need a big budget to start importing gudang garam cigarette to Russia because the location is kinda far.

As a devoted post-Soviet country Armenia too passed a bill on 25 December 2004 with the eponymous bottom line. On 19 January 2005 the very bill became a law prohibiting cigarette sale to juveniles: that is people under 18. To be more precise it is reasonable to quote some parts from the law: “this law shall regulate the legal relations of cigarette raised at the stages of placing it on the market, consumption, usage and production which is meant to protect present and future generations from cigarette and cigarette smoke with social, ecological… purposes”. Moreover, smoking was banned in public means of transportations and other public places. However, we decided to check to what extent the law works.…

The researcher is, as stated, a pragmatist when it comes to gathering data. The techniques that provide the most useful data, the most appropriate data, are the methods used. There are very many data collection methods at the disposal of the researcher, including those described in this chapter. In fact, the researcher is limited only by their own imaginations, and by the issue of validity, in terms of the data collection method(s) they use in their research project. Table 8.4 contains short descriptions of different data gathering methods. You will notice that some of the data gathering methods listed below are also listed in Tables 7.1 and 7.2 in Chapter 7 of this textbook. This is because these approaches to research can be used as research methodologies andlor as data collection methods. Some of them, such as discourse analysis, content analysis and narrative analysis can also be used as approaches to data analysis. We will encounter these terms again when we explore data analysis in later chapters of this textbook.…

Once Altria approves and legalized new innovation spin-off products – proportion of tar and nicotine, filter length, cigarette size – under American laws, they are free to commercialize those products over 160 countries which also take accounts of emerging countries such as Pakistan (up 42%), Ukraine (up 36%), Argentina (up 18%), and especially in China. One of PMI’s goals is to setup a foothold in China where there are a total of 350 million smokers, 50 million more than US, which is considered as a marvellous opportunity for Philip Morris.
