EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

This report typically focuses on the detailed analysis of problem with the Fyna Foods Ltd. Marketing process is the major point of focus because it is considered as main marketing problem. There could be several reasons for the problem which are discussed in detail in this particular report. In order to resolve such issues the following two marketing theories are related to the above mentioned problem, such as a Model of Value Creation & Marketing Process.

After describing the overview of problem, detailed analysis of suggestions and recommendations are provided to minimize the problem immediately, which are discussed in the next later on in this report.
