First, we will talk about marketing mix
The marketing mix is one of the most famous marketing terms. The marketing mix is the tactical or operational part of a marketing plan. In other word, marketing mix means putting the right product in the right place, at the right price, at the right time.

The 4Ps are:
Product: is related to design, quality, feature, friendly, brand name, components, sizes, warranty and after sell services.
Price: is related to discount, payment period, credit terms, allowances…
Place: is related to distribution channel, coverage, location, transport.
Promotion: advertising, sale promotion, public relation, direct marketing, sales force…
Next, we will use 4Ps to analysis two stores:
Sketchers (World Famous)

A billion-dollar global leader in the lifestyle footwear industry and a high-performance footwear brand, SKECHERS USA, Inc. designs, develops and markets a diverse range of fitness and casual footwear for trend-savvy men, women and children. SKECHERS meets the needs of male and female consumers across every age and demographic.
SKECHERS also has an extensive network of global distributors that sell its product in over 120 countries and territories, and nearly 900 SKECHERS stores around the world.

Products:
Store sells shoes, sneakers, high heels, sandals and flippers. Because this is a famous brand in the world, so their products have high quality.
There are many sizes for everybody such as S, M, L …
Design: their products are designed by their own ideas.
As for sneakers: products are designed according to sporty style with many colors. This make customer feel younger and self-motivated.
With high heels: products forward to feminity styles
