Market Day Reflection Essay
1. Company Overview -
Strengths: Five areas where our company Wolves Co. excelled were in advertising, the creation of our business plan, presenting to the class, marketing strategies and in providing customer service.
Weaknesses: Five areas were our company failed to come to a consensus were the areas of designing out product, deciding on a cost, coming to a decision on who would take what role, splitting up some responsibilities (ex. Picking up our shirts), and we had some communication issues.
Do you feel like the people in your company were all equally committed to making Market day successful for your company? I feel like our Market Day group had issues similar to some any company would have and that we worked through these problems in a good way in order to be successful.
If you could choose team members over, what changes might you consider? I would not change my group members if I had another chance because I am very close to all of those girls and for the most part we work well together.

2. Personal Involvement –
Describe your personal level of commitment to this project. What made you eager to participate? I felt as if I was really running a business and that I had to be 100% committed to every decision we made. I was very involved in every part of this project. I was also very eager for market day to come to see if the product we spent months making would be a best seller come time.
What made you discouraged? The only thing that tended to discourage me was when I found out three other groups were making a very similar product to ours and selling it at a lower price. This made me feel like our shirts were not going to sell and we would have failed.
If you could assign a grade for this project, what grade would you give? Explain why you believe that grade would be fair. I think I would deserve an A because I was putting in all the work necessary to receive an

This hurt the brand at first but helped the company learn to make improvements to machines to decrease rejects. Once improvements started on the machines the less rejects the company saw. If I were to do it all over again, I would have started making improvements after the first year of several rejects like I saw.…

I would rate my project a 8.0 because the project did work, but not as we expected. We thought our project was pretty good, but wasn’t better than the others. There were some things that help our project successful. But the most successful thing of all was the ramp at the beginning. I thought that it was the most important because it gave enough velocity to the marble for it to roll all the way to the end.…
