Marcus Leminos The Profit
The Profit is a show on ABC about a business man named Marcus Leminos. Marcus offers his own money to businesses that are struggling in hopes that making the deal will help the business out in a positive outcome. He has visited over 30 countries and invested over 30 million dollars into helping others for economic growth. He is a well-known and trusted man that helps strengthen bonds between families and colleagues.

The Product Lisa and Giovanni are owners of a pet store called Bentley’s Corner Barkery located in Chicago, Illinois. They first opened up their store after losing an animal due to a poor diet and were inspired to sell pet food containing no bi-product, wheat, corn, or soy. He personally took Lisa and Giovanny to a manufacturer that makes dog food exactly like the food they sell. Marcus intention was to show Giovanny and Lisa that there is more dog foods that meet their criteria. However, Lisa said she wasn’t willing to budge on selling the product he showed her for many reasons. After a reasonable take Lisa finally gave in and agreed to sell that product. Once they got back from the manufacturer company, Marcus made them shut down their store so he would completely give it a new look. In the meantime of remodeling the store, he gives Giovanni serious help in helping his managers be successful at the other stores. He holds his first team meeting ever and was able to see what leading others should look like. Marcus takes Lisa and Giovanni to the dog park to help them get the name out there and see what kind of food people are giving their animals. Lisa quickly realized that they don’t sell products that fit to everyone’s needs and that was something that needed to change. Now the store is ready to be reopened and see all the changes. The old store was very overstocked and had too much product in the store and not enough light to see everything. There was nothing to do with animals in the store, other than the actual food, and in one store there was not even a sign out front. Marcus’s newly furnished store was filled with pictures of animals making it clear that it was a pet store, the store was very welcoming and bright with lots of open space but still enough product out. He has a warehouse now where all the inventory goes instead of each store hiding stuff in the back. He has newly trained staff and management that now know how to do their job and be successful at

All three programs will take research and steps that starts off with the inventory manager (Kathy). By training these consumers, customers will want to come to join the party and join in with the expert chefs, and celebrities. The outcome of this event will help to invite a customer with more friends and family to come just so they can participate in this food show. Because of the time consumed the in store show, customers will spend more time in the store and this will increase overall revenue per visit, and will also increase the consistency of visits to the store.
