Zachary Roderiques
Book Report on Maniac Magee Which of Maniac’s activities do you think are impossible? Why? Which do you think are possible but not probable? I don’t think any of Maniac’s activities are impossible because he is capable of learning how to do every single one of them. One of the biggest times Maniac Magee was productive was when Amanda Beale said no to letting Magee have a book of hers. He was productive and eventually got the book on page 10-12. Try to imagine how hard it would be to get that book from Amanda if you seemed like you had no interest in the book.It would be next to impossible because she loves her books, and to give a book to some random kid who doesn't care about a book would never happen. Luckily Maniac Magee loved to read, and he wanted to learn so he ended up getting the book he worked so hard for. Jerry Spinelli, really went above and beyond on this book by making…

In the book Maniac Magee by Jerry Spinelli, I believe that a character trait for Maniac Magee is caring. Throughout the book, Maniac helps many people and even ends the racism thing with the East end and the West end. At the end of the book Maniac proves to the whites and the blacks that there are both the same when Mars Bars saves Piper from the railroad and he goes to live Mars Bars. This shows careness because Maniac wanted this racism thing to end so he could go live with the Beals again. Another way Maniac is caring is when he is living in the Beals house.…
