Mandatory Drug Tests

Jobs that don’t require drug tests have the risk of insurance problems, the health of their employees, how it affects their work, and how they treat customers and other employees. Drugs alter the way your brain processes information and makes you think differently than you normally would. This could cause the worker to mistreat the customers and it could cause your customers to not come back. It can also affect the way they are towards other employees and if your other employees aren’t happy they could leave and you would only have the ones that are on drugs and don’t do good work. Drugs can be a major risk. The quality of the work that individuals do when they are on drugs could not be as good as if they were sober and working in their right mind. Customers always expect the best quality products or services. If the customers aren’t happy the business will not be good and they will have to close and the owner will not be able to pay for their bills or keep their company going. Because without customers there will be no company or anyone to buy their product....
