Lakeshore hotel is one of the most popular 4 star hotels of Bangladesh.All the 4 star facilities are found in Lakeshore Hotel which meets the international level. Lakeshore Hotel is situated beside the Gulshan Lake, the most prominent and popular place which is known by all. And that is why the name of the hotel is Lakeshore Hotel. The main targeted customers of Lakeshore Hotel are the corporate people and firms of Bangladesh as well as of other countries. People who come from abroad they usually have to stay here for a longer time for their business purpose and lakeshore is the Hotel which offers higher and modern facilities to the customer. Lakeshore Hotel is now a four star hotel in Bangladesh. As a four star hotel they have to maintain a standard of their services. Customers prefer this hotel to the others. There are many reasons behind it. The main reason is that all the rooms of this hotel are designed in apartment way so that customer can stay here for a longer time as their home. Another Reason is that customers feel comfortable here because Lakeshore hotel offers very luxurious things in the room. Availability of apartment type rooms may one of the best reasons for preferring Lakeshore.
On the other hand Gulshan is a diplomatic area and Lakeshore Hotel was established here for positioning and building up its reputation high. Another project of Lakeshore has been taken by the owner of the hotel in Gulshan #2 named "Six Seasons Hotel" beside the former Wonderland amusement park. They hope that will be another wonder of architecture. On the other side Lakeshore hotel targets the upper class family of our society. Their target is to make upper class family as their regular customer. Besides they pay attention to the other classes like upper Upper, Upper Middle and Upper Lower class people of Bangladesh. At Lakeshore, a contemporary design and modern luxury amenities - including a rooftop temperature-controlled swimming pool, modern fitness center, spa, sauna, and steam bath together with beautiful lake view experience. In this report we have described the SWOT analysis, Porter’s Generic Strategy and Synergy, the company’s management style which includes planning, organizing strategy, leadership style, how they motivate their employees etc. and CSR practices.

Mr. Kazi Shamsul Hauque, the Chairman of
Lakeshore hotel and also the council general of KISIKISTAN
started the business when he used to own a guesthouse named
Golden Goose. After this, he started this hotel business with his sons. It is a family business and it has achieved its success in quite a short period of time. It has also achieved many awards and among these it has achieved the best hospitality award. Currently the restaurant in Lakeshore hotel is also named as Golden Goose.
