First Few Words

Today the job market has become extremely competitive and finding the right career with the right company has become very difficult. In the midst of all these one of the leading private commercial banks of the country, BRAC Bank Ltd. has brought you a golden opportunity to join the company in a very fast moving career program named “Management Trainee Program”. In this after being recruited as a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) you will be given an opportunity to have 1 year of Job rotation in various departments and then be confirmed as a Senior Officer in the bank.

What Is Expected From MTOs

BRAC Bank expects a lot from the MTOs. It is said that it’s not far from today that all the head of the departments of the Bank will come through the Management Trainee Program. This is a very fast moving career program, which starts off with a boost and takes you to your dream in the shortest span of time.

MTOs……The Valued ones

Inside the bank, MTOs are treated to be future leaders. Throughout the bank they are provided with immense help and support so that they can learn the job as quickly and smoothly possible. In very simple words, MTOs are the ones who are hand picked to become the future leaders of the bank, and so are prepared in that way.

Rome Is not so Far……or Is it?

The recruitment process for this job is a four-step procedure where you’d have to go through, (i) preliminary interview; (ii) written exam; (iii) presentation; and (iv) final interview. In the preliminary interview, you will face a board of interviewer who would judge your ability to speak and smartly present yourself. The written exam is pretty simple, you only need study the GMAT guidelines and that’s it. Now the presentation is a bit tough challenge.
