Dear Mr. Jonny Wiguna,

Presented to the commissary of this organization, this is a managerial report for the period of 2012-2013.
As requested in a meeting conducted on February 2013, this is a report of the managerial status of this organization as observed during the present year. This report consists of matters regarding the management theory used to conduct the business, the environment surrounding the organization and inside the organization itself, defining the structure of the organization's employees as well as their determined tasks as well as the regulation of activities in the organization. Also discussed in this report are the management strategies currently applied by the organization and what is observed to be motivating for the employees in the organization. Following all the observed and described matter, this report also includes several suggestions that, as the writer of this report believe, will be beneficial in terms of the optimization of performance of human capital and allocation of resources.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The report provides an analysis of the management of the PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya. It addresses the issues related to the current management system and provides an information of how the company is in relation to its environment. The report also consists of recommendation regarding the improvement of the current management system in order for the company to reach its current goal. Analysis is completed by observing the activities and achievements of the company in the latest years of its business. To find out the general management form of the company, identification of the theory that most resembles the current management system
