Objective 4: Software

Goal (1): Create an easy and simple database system and software for the organization. It will allow the employees to execute their tasks correctly, easily and competently.

Task (1): Establish a clear operating system (Server OS, Client OS). Consistent application software has to be used, to offer precise information and steer clear of mistakes, like for example:
ERP enterprise: which will be used in the internal payroll system and the general ledger
Financial software
Postal system Software

Task (2): Design a suitable database to classify the information of the customer and arrange their information according to some specific criteria (Client database and server database). This will facilitate the handling and make storage more ordered and accessible.
Task (3): Construct a well-built backup for the database system to avoid data loss. This way customers’ data would be saved in the case of any faultiness of the system.
Task (4): Present training sessions for all engineers who are in charge of maintenance on of the software, and repair them in a rapidly in order to save time and to be efficient.
Task (5): Offer training sessions for all employees on how to use the computers and computer systems. They should be able to run the applications without facing any troubles.

Goal (2): Provide the most suitable applications, which would go with the necessities of the Post Office.

Task (1): Supply the company with the most suitable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), with the best software and database system for the company (50,000 employees with Microsoft Access) (Back office).

Task (2): Present the company with the most suitable Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) with a convenient software and database system for the company. This way we would have better contact with the clients and we will be capable to serve them in the most proficient way feasible. (Front office)
