From fighting for female education to fighting to prevent animal abuse, Malala and Kesha have been very outspoken about issues that have to change. Even though they both fight for different issues, both women are recognized and awarded for what they are doing. The issues that they are fighting for are one of the biggest issues that are talked about on the news and also on social media. Malala Yousafazai and Kesha are activists for the issues around the world but, what they are fighting for are different. Malala Yousafazai was born on July 12, 1997 in Mingora, Pakistan, which is located in Swat Valley (biography.com). Malala was raised in a place that females were banned from getting an education. The beginning of her fighting for female education began when she attended a school that was founded by her father.
