“Making Differences and Implementing Excellence”
By Eizu
Far Eastern University gives memorable challenges that make the student compel more in their studies, sports, and the arts. Students surely gain amazing experiences. There are many successful FEU graduates here in the Philippines and abroad.
Studying here has never been more exciting! You create dreams with ease and implement it with planned and prompt action. Students here enjoy the environment where the fun of learning is applied. Nevertheless FEU grows to impress me with their uprising contributions and activities, more building structures, emergence in new fields, increasing board exam topnotchers, integrated professors and employees, online services, you name it. FEU keeps improving better and better.
Starting off with the University’s employees, they are well trained and always speak constantly with the language of English. FEU promotes the use of that language to have more of an advantage to the fellow workers and students in the world of professional jobs. FEU also has a guidance counselling which offers numerous suggestions and have a compelling of openness and belongingness that helps students to reach their goals better and certified. All of them wore proper clothes, neat gesture, and classy look. They also abide to the University’s rules and regulations to be able to meet the Mission-Vision and to implement the three core values of Fortitude, Excellence, and Uprightness. To be honest, I was really amazed when I learned these three values that they just can’t escape out of my mind, actually I memorized it in the second I heard them. Better render of these employees is that they are really easy to communicate with, easy to be with when you get to know them, and the thing is that they help you to the limit that they can get what you deserve in terms of what you have.
In the section of the security guards, they can be friendly and easy

The purpose of this report is to use the compensation system we previously developed in Phases I and II to pay people, develop plans that reward performance, add benefits into the mix, and evaluate these results. First we will look at performance-based-pay as a policy for recognizing employee contributions. Performance-based-pay is a pay plan that varies with some measure of individual or organizational performance, such as merit pay, lump-sum bonus plans, skill-based pay, incentive plans, variable pay plans, risk sharing, and success sharing. It is basically a pay plan that moves away from the traditional base pay and across-the-board increases, and focuses more on factors of performance that can increase overall productivity for a company. Performance-based-pay plans can be very effective in creating a positive impact in performance of both employees and a company as a whole, but only is the plan is designed well. In order to be successful, it is crucial that the performance-pay plan be designed to support FastCat’s business strategy and compensation objectives. To design this pay-for-performance plan, we will recommend a specific policy plan that is tailored to FastCat’s goals towards success.
