The company was founded by Mr. Deep Kalrain 2000 and Mr. Keyur Joshi and Rajesh Magow are also the part of the team. The company provides various services like flight tickets, rail tickets, and hotel bookings. It provides holiday packages both for domestic and international tours. It also helps the customers by assisting their customers for planning their holiday.
Initially, it started with flight ticket booking business to help the Indian people staying in US for their travel needs and then eventually it added on quite a few services. It was successful in their business because of their marketing techniques and user friendly online portal.
Make My Trip has been ranked as one of the best online travel company in India. It has well established from corner to cornerin India, operates through 37 cities and two International offices in New York and Sydney. In August, 2010 it was listed in NASDAQ, and went public for infusion of funds for first time.
They launched their mobile travel application also for all the available platforms due to change in trend and e-Commerce has become widely popular. Currently, their market share is 47% in online ticket booking

The other type of cultures i.e. clan and bureaucratic culture are followed to very less extent. As there are no strict rules and regulations followed to complete the set of given tasks, important is targets should be achieved in ethical ways no matter how.
A market and mission culture based association concentrated on work finish. Individuals are aggressive furthermore objective arranged. Pioneers are requesting, hard-driving, and productive. The attention on winning binds together the association. Notoriety and achievement are basic concerns.
