Main factors affect the refined oil yield
Main factors affect the refined oil yield:
1, the alkali refining loss
(1) for removal of colloid in hair oil, free fatty acid, moisture, impurities and other form of loss;
(2) in the process caused by the loss of neutral oil saponification, emulsification;
(3) theoretical calculation formula: alkali refining losses = 0.2 + 1.25 x (FFA % % + water + phosphatide content % % + 0.3% + impurities)
2, decoloring loss mainly for adsorption bleaching waste clay in oil absorption caused by the loss, should try to reduce the waste clay oil content.Decolorizing loss = waste clay x waste clay dry base oil content.
3, deodorization loss including the deodorization process of fatty acid and small molecular substances such as aldehydes, ketones, sterol, vitamin E and other things not saponification, gan three ester distillation volatilization loss;In the process of stripping oil splash damage.Deodorization consumption = 0.2 + 1.1 x (FFA in deodorization tower % + POV / 80 + water mixed %) 4, in the process of production caused by improper operation or by reason of rice bran oil refining equipment (http://www.ricebranoilplant.com) run, run, drip, leak phenomenon caused by the wear and tear.Such a loss should be avoided.
The influencing factors of refining costs:
1, increase the rate of refining refined rate is the most important factor to affect the refining costs, with MAO oil quality, refining process and refining operations have very close relationship.
2, reduce material consumption materials including liquid alkali, phosphoric acid, citric acid, clay, diesel oil, the same product, use different operation method, can reach the standard of the product, should seek material consumption is lower in the operation process.
3, reduce energy consumption, including water, electricity, steam consumption.In the process of production, should avoid the waste of energy.4 and reduce labor costs and strengthening production management.

    In this case, one of the main clean up procedures used was the application of a chemical dispersant. The chemical dispersant does not actually remove the oil, it breaks it down into small droplets. Another way to remove the oil from the water is by using skimmers. This is a process in which a machine siphons the oil off the top of the water. It is a difficult process because the longer the oil sits on the water the more the viscosity changes. Eventually the oil becomes too thin to siphon off the top and the skimmer takes on more water than…

    Another important factor which affect on the yield of biodiesel is the methanol to oil molar ratio. The four parameters which are used to determine the effect on yield of fatty acid methyl ester are 4:1, 6:1, 7:1and 8:1and other factors remaining constant. The theoretical reaction process which transesterfication can be attained is three moles of alcohol with one mole of triglycerides can give us one mole of fatty acid methyl ester and glyceride. It is obvious that the increase in the molar ratio methanol to oil increases the reaction conversion.…

    Crude oil is one of the world’s most important natural resources. Over the past six decades or so, crude oil – because of the products derived from it, has become highly indispensable in our everyday lives. Despite being a non-renewable resource, it is still used extensively in power generation. It can be argued that industrialization owes its development to crude oil.…

    To find the solubility of the fats, oils, soaps, and detergents, each of them were placed into different solvents to see if they dissolved. None of the oils and fats were soluble in water (H2O), sodium hydroxide (NaOH), or hydrochloric acid (HCl), but they were soluble in toluene and partly soluble in acetone. Testing the soaps and detergents for their solubility in water is the most important solubility test because they should form a lather that allows them to clean easily. Most of the soaps and detergents did not readily dissolve in water, but with agitation they all began to break apart. The lard soap was the least soluble in water, while detergent 2 was the most. All of the rest of the soap and detergents were only slightly soluble when initially placed in the water. Detergent 2 was the most soluble in many of the other solvents while lard was the least. All of the soaps and detergents except detergent 2 were not soluble in both NaOH and HCl. Detergent 2 was slightly soluble in these two substances. While…
