Machiavelli believes citizens or any Race "diversity" would possess more loyalty and would not be motivated by money so that one reason why people follow his rules because he's a loyalty to the work place that his serving also because he's having extremely power to change for good. That makes him favorable by the people. He believes that a ruler shouldn't take much from his people and burden them and become poor and contemptible. I like how he will do just about anything for his people so he isn't hated by the people, because he wants to be considered as generous. Machiavelli says that using other people’s wealth does not lessen your reputation but adds on to it. By getting all this wealth he can be able to spread it.
