How will taking diversity –related courses/exams at Excelsior College broaden my perspective?
Reviewing my academic plan for a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts I have reviewed the following classes:
1. General Education Courses: Psychology of Personality PSY220
2. Requirements for your College Major: Ethics 300
3. Free Elective: Race, Ethnicity, and Gender SOC250

I feel Psychology of Personality would help me in the workforce interacting with diverse personalities in society. I believe it would be give me a depth understanding of how different personality traits develop from different cultures and the root of their behavior. I believe learning to measure personality can contribute to understanding diversity affects
