The purpose of taking the personality test is to get a raw idea of how our behaviours and everyday actions tell us about our personality. Even though we or the ones closed to us can be trusted judges on our personality, a personality test may unfold more about our personality that we or our loved ones may have overlook. It is a good idea of taking the personality test because this test was well prepared by many expert researchers who have dedicated their lives to study about the human personality and the factors that caused each and every one of us to be unique and different from one another. The general education section had many courses, that trigged my interests. Besides mathematics and basic communication, I chose Art &Crime for the Humanities section. For the Western Civilization the 20th Century European History looks interesting, also because I have a good knowledge of European history of this particular century. For American History I choose History of Women in America I believe that it could also benefit me in the future. For the Social Science “Understanding Crime and Justice” will be the base for my degree due to the fact that it has a lot to do with my focus for Criminal Justice, it also gives me an insight of knowledge of human behavior. I also took the advantage of using the foreign language and went for CLEP in German (kind of took advantage since I am a native speaking German, so why not using what you already know). The other course is college writing. I’ve learned to write a little bit more on a college-level. Still there is a long way to go, being a non-native English speaker, German is my mother’s language, I believe that with hard work and staying focused on the different tasks will proof me what I can achieve in the end is my motivation.…

Personality theories can vary in scale to which they have been relied on scientific methods and scientific evidence. The approach to personality research that is most scientific is, Humanistic. This perspective was founded by Carl Rogers and Abraham Maslow. The viewpoint is that people see themselves maturing and achieving when they are becoming their fell selves. This is what I strive for on a day to day basis. This is more scientific because when you are start to become happier you get more confident, and when you get more confident then you start to achieve more things.…

Biology is the field that study living organisms. The most important study of biology that has affected psychology in a great deal is the study of human brain. Brain plays an important role in our sensation and perception. It is the mediator that controls our responses to the stimuli and it’s impossible to study the sensory processing without knowing the function of the brain. Also, the finding of the localization of ructions in the brain has helped psychologists to categorize the disorders and improve the treatments. Secondly, genetics plays a major role in Psychology too. In the study of personality, we must consider both genetic and social learning experience to get a good understanding. Studying one alone would not lead to a full explanation. We do even have a separate branch in modern…
