M-Commerce Business Analysis
II. M-commerce – M-commerce is also known as Mobile e-commerce. M-commerce was first launched at the Global Mobile Commerce Forum by Kevin Duffy in 1997. This service has the capability to deliver goods directly to the customers online, via wireless handheld devices.

Payment System

There are many ways of paying or translating money online.
I. Cash on delivery –Cash on delivery is the selling of products according to the orders where payment is made after the delivery rather than in advance. The goods are returned to the retailer if the customers didn’t pay.

Advantage of cash on delivery
• The Customer does not need to have a credit card to purchase.
• THE payment is done only after the goods is delivered.

Disadvantage of cash on delivery
• No one is to blame for the delivery failure.
• The buyers will return the product which they are not

• Financial information is fully protected in PayPal.

Disadvantage of PayPal
• It can freezer your account anytime because it is a private company and is not under any federal banking regulations.
• When the account is frozen it might take a time till PayPal decides to release the funds and might leave with very limited option and without any appropriate explanation.

III. Google Wallet –Google Wallet is a mobile payment system which is developed by Google itself that allows the users to store the payment cards in their mobile phones. This application was released in the United States at 2011.

Advantages of Google Wallet
• It is very secure and easy to use.
• Payment can be done faster for the things.

Disadvantages of Google Wallet
• It doesn’t work with some credit cards.
• One would have to take their phones out more often to pay for things.

IV. Debit cards –Debit cards are like digitalized checkbooks which are linked with bank accounts and money is withdrawn from the account as soon as the transactions
