When you hear the name "Macedonia" it reminds of a country with many natural beauties, but on the other side when it comes to employment and wages hardly anyone wants to talk on the subject, actually all you can hear is regrets. And when it comes to wages, our neighborhood countries are way much better ranked. But here, in Macedonia everyone uses the well-known sentence "we are working for no money".

Standards in Macedonia are lower in contrast to other major countries. But that is enough reason for the low level of employment and low wages. By now we are well aware that is a time of crisis, and that is the result of citizen's dissatisfaction. The determination of the minimum wage and the highest one is one of the most difficult discussions for working individuals specified for that subject. There are always satisfied and non-satisfied citizens in one society. However the determination of wages is seen by the occupation that the people are working in. It is clear that many different professions require more work but are less paid, unlike some of which labor is reduced to minimal levels but wages are pretty good.

Firstly, I'll talk, actually I'll write about the low wages here in Macedonia, and about the satisfaction, or more precisely about the dissatisfaction of the citizens because of their salaries. The fact that unemployment is at a fairly high level, it clearly states the dissatisfaction in the society. Every citizen today firstly aspires to find a work with which will be able to raise his family. So, I am talking about a job that can ensure him a minimal wage. Here can be mentioned as working in clothing confection especially for members of the gentler sex, working at the grocery store, or some mugger market like a saleswoman. For the young teenagers, that decides not to continue with the education, is popular to work as a waiter or a bartender that provides them only 5 Euros for a day.
