The following recipes will cover your breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Having a variety of meals to choose from will help you stick to your low carb diet and experience diversity in your meals. You can use these recipes to get started on the diet, but it is highly recommend that you pursue additional low carb recipes in the future to add to your list of recipes.

Once the vegetables have softened, add the eggs and a tablespoon or splash of milk. Gently scramble the eggs as they cook. When the eggs are almost scrambled, add the diced tomatoes and a few coriander leaves. Serve while still hot.
Sausage and Egg Breakfast Bites This is another recipe that you can prepare in advance and then serve for breakfast for several days. You can add your favorite dark green vegetables to this meal, adjusting it to your liking. This will make 4 large or 6 small square bites.
Ingredients
• 1 handful of dark greens (spinach, kale, beet greens, or Swiss chard)
• 2 cups of crumbled sausage (uncooked)
• 10 eggs
• A small handful of parsley
Directions Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Slice the greens into thin strips. If you are using kale, you will need to remove the stems.
