Love, Stargirl By Jerry Spinelli

While I have read one book by Jerry Spinelli I’ve never taken the time to learn about the author. I started my search for information by going to his official website and checking out his frequently asked question page. I learn that his writing process changes a lot and that sometimes he is able to write a book in a month and then other times it takes more than a year to publish a new book. Another thing I learn is that he gets his inspiration from his memories and everyday life. The most interesting thing I have learned so far is that he writes because he feels his experiences are not real unless he writes them down.
I choose this author because I remember really enjoying his novel Love, Stargirl. While I don’t remember much about the plot
