In Lord Of The Flies by William Golding it shows an political allegory of WWII characters in the book. The book shows a resemblance of major political figures such as FDR and Adolf Hitler. Jack Merridew was shown as the outcast and the reject of the book. He slowly took power with force and preyed on the weak. These characteristics were rooted from Adolf Hitler. He brainwashed and preyed on the weak just like how Jack fooled his hunters and convinced them that when they killed Simon and piggy it wasn't murder that they just died just the way Hitler convinced the german people that we should wipe out the entire jewish existence in Europe.

Lord of the flies shows how each character had similar characteristics to key political figures during that time and one major topic was the similarity between Jack merridew and adolf Hitler. Overall Jack is just as deceiving , manipulative and cruel to other like adolf Hitler. He mainly preyed on the weak and made them his target to fuel his totalitarian complex. He also used others to do the work for him instead of him doing it because we all know that Jack being his bony self can't kill both Simon and piggy. Same goes with Hitler he was just as cowardly like him. They both backlashed everyone who caught them for who they really are. Both destroyed whoever and whatever in order for them to get
