Khareema Salley has worked for Chase Mortgage Banking since July 2012.
Khareema is a highly motivated self-starter with strong analytical skills which were evident in her ability to digest complex financial documentation from our borrowers.
Khareema’s responsibilities included processing loan applications, submitting them to underwriting and preparing and moving them to closing.
She demonstrates her devotion to detail and analytics by reviewing rate lock and point objectives for accuracy. Moreover, ensures pricing and fees are accurately reflected on each transaction, is involved in the order of the title, appraisal and all credit documents. She issues proper disclosures as required by federal regulatory compliance, reviews loan-related documents including but not limited to title and flood insurance, tax certificates, surveys and condo questionnaires, then submits these documents to underwriting for loan approval.
Additionally, review loan documents for acceptability against loan conditions. She worked with
Mortgage Bankers on coordinating with all parties in obtaining additional documentation when required to facilitate loan processing and closing.
She is a team player and it was a pleasure to have her among my team. This exposure to a demanding industry has not only helped her understand the fundamentals of real estate, but has given her a sense of the professional demand that will most likely incur in any business career.
