Longboards and skateboards have many similarities but also many differences. They both utilize trucks and wheels, although longboards have larger of both. Tricks are also something they can both do, but skateboards can do more with ease. Additionally both are the same basic idea, trucks, wheels, a deck, and a graphic. Both have decks, which are made of different materials depending on the brand and board. Graphics are the image on the bottom of the deck, and both have them. Skateboards have less size variety but that also makes it easier to choose which one the rider want. They have smaller wheels and trucks, which makes it harder for turing, but easier overall at skateparks and for grinding. There are only three main styles of skateboarding,
