Seeking a dynamic career in Management, Operations, Administration and Clerical fields. 7 October 2012 – 6 February 2013, United Nations Development Program (UNDP) of Strengthening Access to Justice in Indonesia (SAJI) Project Support Specialist for Event Administrator (short term contract) • To prepare administrative and logistic for regular working meeting, field visit, regional and national consultations, working for developing draft Government regulation in compliant handling and review launch. Liaison with contact person within BAPPENAS, GoI ministries, State Commissions which include in the scope of review works, suppliers, etc; To liaise In with Finance and Procurement unit of UNDP country office in the term of administrative and logictic items; to liaise in providing Purchase Order and cash delivery/advance. In this issue, have skill in ATLAS system access on e-requisition and voucher for payment. To prepare the travel plan for participants; To prepare information and communications materials for the events; Transcribing, summarising workshop discussions as required.
