TOPIC : CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE Definition of child sexual abuse is any sexual act with a child performed by an adult or an older child . From what i understand , child sexual abuse occur in the form of exploitation of children 's by adults for sexual gratification .
As we can see recently . many sexual abuse things among children happened in our society . Child sexual abuse could include in the act of sexual touching of any part of the body , encouraging a child to engage in sexual activity, including masturbation , showing children pornography or using children to create pornography and encouraging a child to engage in prostitution . Child sexual abuse is ' 'the involvement of dependent , developmentally immature children and adolescents in sexual activities that they do not fully comprehend , are unable to give informed consent to , and that violate the social taboo 's of family roles ' ' . (ABC CHILD PROTECTION ,1992) . The victims of sexual abuse will become more pessimist and remain passive and will not tell to others about sexual abuse that they had experienced .

PROBLEM STATEMENTS .

Child 's environment and family background have noted several risk factors for potential abuse :-
*Family stress: The disintegration of the nuclear family and its inherent support systems have been held to be associated with child abuse.
*Patriarchal system : A form of social organization in which the father is the supreme authority in the family, clan, or tribe and descent is reckoned in the male line, with the children belonging to the father 's clan or tribe . Hall and Lloyd (1989) clarify that mens are responsible to hide the sexual abuse where a mother and child don 't have an authority to tell the others .
*The child: Children at higher risk for abuse include infants who are felt to be "overly fussy," handicapped children, and children with chronic diseases.
*Over 75% of inflicted abuse is a result of parental action. Parental risk factors include young or single parents, those who did not graduate from high school, and those who either were abused themselves as children or endured a severely dysfunctional home life. Adults using drugs, abusing alcohol, and those with psychiatric disease for example, depression , impulse-control disorders are more likely to abuse children.

The effects of the child sexual abuse is :-
-Psychological problems :-
Little confidence, and self-respect and respect for one 's own body may change .Behavior that harms the body: addiction to alcohol and other substances, excessive work or sports, depression, self-destruction and prostitution.

-Social problems:
Have little confidence in other people.Fear of loss of control in relationships.
-Sexual problem:
While making love problems often occur. The partner may be confused by a certain remark, touch or behavior that brings back memories of the abuse.Patients sometimes don 't want to make love at all anymore or make love less.
-Physical pain:
Venereal disease and all kinds of chronic pain may occur.
OBJECTIVES
The solutions of this problems :-
-Teach your children what appropriate sexual behavior is and when to say no if someone tries to touch sexual parts of their bodies or touch them in any way that makes them feel uncomfortable .
-Teach them about a appropriate good sex
-Encourage your local school board to establish programs to educate both teachers and students about the problem.
-Eliminate sexism in our society by avoid women as a sex object .
-It is critical to provide adequate supervision for your children and only leave them in the care of individuals whom you deem safe.
