You follow a training schedule - in which you kind of get to see all the roles of the ETL. - You know, you do softlines. You do hardlines. - You do a little bit of guest service. - You really, you know, dig deep into the logistics of things and see what it's really like

Testing your ability and ambition to develop yourself as well as the ability to plan for the future
