Executive Summary

The term paper has been prepared as a mandatory requirement of our course-Human Resource Information System (MIS 518). It is the summarized outcome of what we have learned till now in this course. After you have assigned me with this term paper on-Literature review on HRIS, I mainly tried to find out the present scenario of HRIS, effects of HRIS on HR performance, contribution of HRIS in an organization, as it has become one of most vital information systems in the market.
