Lisa Baxter has been encountering sexual harassment issues in the business and she thought she was the only one, until she found out that also other women in the organization are getting sexually harassed and so she decides to speak up
A meeting with the women going through issues of sexual harassment and the executives taking initial responsibility to punish or warn people harassing women.

Some senior executives had gathered up in one of the senior executives meeting, Lisa Baxter had already booked an appointment asking them to lend her some of their time in the board room, to talk about something in the organisation that has been going on but barely noticed.
Lisa Baxter entered the Board room a little nervous: good morning gentlemen
All replied together: Morning.
Sam (one of the senior executive): You look a little nervous there, don’t be afraid.
Lisa: I’m not afraid, (hesitantly she decided to get directly to the point) I have called you all to tell you about the things going on in this organization and you have no clue on the existence of this issue.
Bakhem: That is impossible I know every detail about this business there Is nothing that can stay hidden from me. You better be right Lisa, I am not going to tolerate any nonsense and waste of time.
Shawn (third Senior executive) : Give the girl a chance will you, let her explain what she has discovered.
Lisa(to Mr.Shawn) : Thank you Mr. Shawn, (towards all the members) I believe that the women In this company are sexually being harassed.
Bakhem: I don’t believe you

    Based on the given facts, she was the subject of jokes in her work place as she was being picked on based on her gender. Since she was the only woman in her department, the male employees subject her to cruel and mean jokes on several occasion when other workers placed a sign on a truck that stated "Hardhat Required/Bra Optional”. This is clearly an illustration that she is working in a hostile environment since the repeated jokes made on her gender has created an intimidating place of work. The case of Meritor Savings Bank v. Vinson is applicable to Pollard where the Supreme Court ruled that hostile work environment sex discrimination is an actionable wrong under Title VII. The fact that the Vice President of the bank made sexual advances against complainant created a hostile work environment and is a form of a sexual harassment covered by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.     This is how Jenson and her fellow woman peers felt about working at Eveleth Taconite Co. These woman worked alongside many men who used abusive language, stalking, threats, intimidation, and sexual harassment. Jenson tried fighting for herself and others by filing a complaint, but that made matters worse because then the retaliation was slashed tires. This lead to Jenson asking for compensation for damages and mental anguish, but Eveleth Taconite Co. did not agree. Eventually Jenson left because of post-traumatic stress disorder. After years of fighting they finally came to an agreement and settled outside of court. Eveleth Taconite Co. should have handled the situation from the beginning by having classes and training on sexual harassment and holding people accountable to not have a hostile work environment.     Brittany was dealing with a hostile work environment, relating to inappropriate behavior made by a co-worker. She personally saw him gazing at a photo of herself in a bathing suit and making offensive comments about the way she looks. She asked him if he could stop with the comments because it made her feel uncomfortable. She later found that he scanned the photo of her to his computer. We she confronting him again, Robert went to her supervisor complaining and stating were not performing according her job responsibilities. When Brittany went to her supervisor regarding the issues, she experienced quid pro quo from her supervisor. She was informed that would be going on a business trip with him, which she never had to do before. And let him know she prefer that she does not have to travel, but was it was work related and they would be sharing a room. Then he told her that if she would show him her breast while traveling, she would get promoted. With both of these instances that happened at work Brittany has a strong case for sexual harassment and quid pro quo in the workplace.
