Life: Hypertension and Healthy Lifestyle
Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen. I am sham from 3 rk student. Thank you for giving me the chance to share my knowledge with everyone. I am here today to deliver a speech about ‘healthy lifestyle’. There are three point which I want to discuss to all of u are about the important of having a healthy lifestyle, ways to live healthy and benefit of having a healthy lifestyle.
Why healthy lifestyle are so important to us? This is because it can help us to avoid the disease and illness such as hypertension and cancer. Having a healthy lifestyle also makes the life become more enjoyable and the most important thing is a way to keep our body in good condition in order to accomplish day-to-day tasks. When you having a healthy lifestyle in your future, it will make all of us have a healthy body and mind. It is also very important to have a healthy lifestyle because it will save your life in the future. By living a healthy lifestyle you will be fit and you able to do things that you have never done before.

Healthy lifestyle gives us good health. Illness such as flu and fever will not attack us when we are are in good state. Automatically we are saving our health care cost and reducing doctors visit. These all can be achieved by practicing healthy pattern as a part of your daily or weekly activities. Being overweight or obese, would lead to chronic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease and even cancer. According to statistics, 14.9% and 43% of Malaysians aged above 30 suffer from diabetes and hypertension respectively, with 20.7% of adults over 18 suffering from high cholesterol. We have seen the benefits of being in good health where no one can refuse. Next, I'll show the other benefits.

We will get good stamina and strong heart by living healthily. We will get steady flow of stamina and strength. Thus, it enables us to perform activities and exercises that will enhance our flexibility. With a healthy lifestyle, we have a balanced and

    Family life style has a big impact and influence on one’s health choices either it is good or bad. I was born and raised in Vietnam, which is one of the agricultural countries in the world. Therefore, vegetable and fruits were various and plenty. For that reason, we had learned to practice our cuisine with mainly vegetables and fruits. In addition, playing with my neighbors and swimming in the beach were what I did for entertainment when I was young. Thanks to the background I have experienced, having plenty of vegetables in meal or going outdoor physical activities have become normal in my daily life.
