Therefore, once I have completed my bachelor’s degree and start looking for a job I will have plenty of opportunities to choose from. Not only that but I will hopefully start working a job with a good starting salary. I hope to achieve my short terms goals which include getting accepted into Tarrant County College Nursing Program, and then earning my Associate Degree in Nursing so I can later accomplish my long term goal and complete my Bachelor of Science in Nursing to become a registered nurse.

Lastly, to accomplish my goal I will have to take a minimum of twelve hours per semester including summers to accomplish this goal in two years.
In conclusion, I hope to accomplish all of my goals that will eventually lead me to become a registered nurse. After completing my Bachelors of Science in Nursing I hope to find employment as a registered nurse that includes a good starting salary, a flexible schedule, and other great

In Addition, I’m working on writing short term goals and long term goals. The first short term goal that I will achieve is completing one class at a time which is linked to a professional goal in Nursing. It should come fairly easy for me to obtain the psychiatric RN Certification because I was working as a Psychiatric RN (just not certified) for ten years at Brotman Medical Center from the years 1990 to 2000. I then will study to be a clinical nurse specialist in Psychiatric Nursing or possibly become a nurse manager or nurse supervisor in Psychiatric Nursing. I could supervise Associate RN’s, LVN’s Psychiatric Technicians and CNA’s…
