After calculating my life expectancy I found out that I have a probability of living up to 96 years. When I finished calculating and saw the number I was quite happy and satisfied even though sometimes I wish I could live more than that. It has always been my desire to live up to an old age. This life expectancy calculation gave me hope and courage to work hard and to live a positive life so that I can live up to more than my life expectancy.
Some of the most positive things that made my life expectancy to be high is I have lived most of my life in a rural area. This gave me a chance of adding many years to my life expectancy. I guess maybe living in a rural area prevented me from being exposed to risky things that many teenagers living in the urban areas face. For example technology .further more exercising regularly and doing active jobs increases my chance of living longer. In addition avoiding smoking and drinking offers me another chance of living longer. I wish they could include positive lifestyle of being …show more content…
Even though I am satisfied with my life expectancy I wish I could live a little longer, maybe getting up to one hundred years. I will improve my life expectancy by doing many positive life styles like doing exercise regularly having enough but minimum hours of sleep. Going regularly for a medical checkup to make sure I am staying healthy. And always being open to problems and learn how to overcome them. I will make sure that in my entire life the probability of my life expectance should remain the same or higher without any deduction. I will make sure to stay positive even when am growing older. I think many people worry too much as they get older and older. Some people its due to huge responsibilities and old age. I will make sure to overcome
