The Industrial Revolution started in the 1700s and many things were invented, that made many changes in the society. Before the Industrial Revolution, almost all production took place in every single family. It went from brutal economy to monetary economy. During the industrial revolution, mostly all production took place in factories or mills. They invented machines that could do the job for them instead of each made what they need by themselves, in that was it was faster and less expensive to produce. However when the machines took over the production it made many people very mad because their lost their jobs.
During the Industrial Revolution it was invented many things that could help factories with their production. A man called James Watt invented the steam engine that could run machines instead of using workers to run the machines. In the 1800s the most of the factories started using steam in their factories, that was much more convenient because they could have less people working there.
