The Center for Writing Excellence is an online writing lab that consists of several tools, resources, useful links and reviewing services for students to improve their writing skills.

You can find resources in the Center for Mathematics Excellence to help you in your mathematics and statistics classes, as well as information on how to apply your mathematical skills to your chosen field of study and profession.

This manual will cover the University of Phoenix Library section. The university library is a place where students will find an exhaustive catalog of books and materials to help the student through their tenure while attending school.

This manual will help guide you through the library, access its many pages, and the uses of self-help areas.

University of Phoenix eBook section is the student’s access to all course textbooks. Each instructor will readily identify text books that are required for their course. However, other text books are available here at the eBook section to aid in research. Text books that are available are from business and management, education, general studies; health and human services, information technology, and doctoral studies can be found here. Each section has subsections that are broken down to 75 different areas. To further help the students’ research efforts, a search section is available to help narrow the search. Search options include full text, title, and author and then a search field.

This section of the manual will show you how to navigate and search for various materials.

To get started, log on to your University of Phoenix student web page. This will take you to your student home page that looks similar to Figure 1.

From here, click on Library link located toward the top of the page. From this page, there are two ways to get to the eBook web page. One way is to click on the eBooks in the blue highlighted area. The other way is to click on the eBooks icon located just below the blue highlighted area. Click on either button to continue. See Figure 2.

Once in the eBook section, students will find the section broken down into seven different categories. Those categories are further broken down to 75 subsections. There...
