It also ensures a safer and secures environment to work in, In a setting like a nursery that have policies and procedures with is put in to place to protect the rights. In the policies and procedures it explains the certain standers that need to be met and how you can give the children the possible best.

Different sources of information and advice available would be line manager. A line manager should give you advice on different ways you can make your roll of employment better. Also they should give support in your work setting if not sure on something that is happening. The responsibility of been a manager is to look after the employment and make sure they are doing their job at the best ability they can
Another source of information that should be available for employment responsibilities would be the right to be paid the minimum wage and holiday pay. This is a right all employment is entitled to.
