Dear, Sir/Madam,

I am writing you about the article «Women Are Better at Dealing with Money Than Men» on dealing with money appeared in your Web site http://www.english-online.at/index.htm in 2012. It raised some important issues, which I feel strongly about and to my ind all your readers need to consider them carefully.

At the beginning of the article, writer says about survey, which has found out that women are better at managing money than men. I want to show my agreement with that fact. Being a woman and an economist myself, I find large number of men rather prodigal. Do not think that I am a feminist - I am totally not.

In my opinion, a problem of managing money is very important. Especially that is in our country, because many people in Russia have financial difficulties. It is possible to say that better dealing with money may help people to live better. Moreover, it is hard to argue with the fact that men need more money, because traditionally in our society man is positioned as earner and breadwinner. Therefore, it is vital skill for men – to deal with money correctly.

To my mind, there are some things that society can do to deal with this problem. Firstly, I find it necessary to teach people (especially men) how to deal with their money, how to save and how to spend it. Secondly, according to the results of the research, family budgets should be managed by women. In that case, money will be spent more wisely. Probably, there should be more solutions. We just need to think more about this problem to find them.

In conclusion, I want to say «Thank you for your article», because the problem, mentioned in it is very important

Throughout reading articles published in your newspaper in the past few years and also in the broader media in Australia, I have become quite irritated that Australian Indigenous communities are still being treated with disrespect and wrongness by our government. All human beings should be treated as equals and have equal rights to the basic necessities such as quality health care. However we still fail to give our Indigenous communities the respect that they deserve, after all the heart ache we the non-indigenous Australians have caused them in the past it is only fair that we treat them with the utmost respect.…

Before starting this class, I thought that feminism was simply about fighting the gender oppression facing women like myself. However, I soon discovered how one dimensional, simplistic, and offensive this thought was. In reality, a person’s experience with oppression is not solely based on their gender but many other socially defining factors such as race, class, sexuality, ability, and age. Furthermore, these systems of oppression do not operate independently. Instead, these systems work simultaneously and are very much interdependent. The gender pay gap as a perfect example of this codependence. In the article, “7 Reasons why Class is a Feminist Issue” author Erin Mckelle describes how in our capitalistic society money is power. Interestingly,…

I am writing this letter to Jeremy Rifkin’s article “A Change Of Heart About Animals.” I disagree. I don’t think we can change the way we treat animals. I think we should just let them be and have them live their own habit. If we change the way we treat animals, than they would be like humans and not themselves. They wouldn’t be just normal animals. I feel that animals should be in their own habit and not become more like humans.…

The importance of money in India is seen as a huge part that is a part of their everyday life. Tapasi states in the film that “..nobody here understands anything but money.” (57:28). This statement is also the same here in Canada or any other country. No matter where you go, money seems more important to man than anything. Everyone is so greedy, and only cares about what the easiest way to get money is. This importance of money is also causing corporations and people to have no morals because they are only focusing on what is the most efficient way to get money, no matter how illegal or wrong it may be. In my life money is very important, my parents work 6 days a week, 8 hours a day so we get to have the luxuries and get to participate in certain special activities. Working that often can harm the family a little bit because you don’t see them as often. In some people’s eyes they wouldn’t care so much because it’s earning money but family is more important than riches.…

Feminist theories examine women’s social, economic, and political inequality (Benokraitis, 2015). Feminists agree that the inequality of gender is both in the workplace and at home. Although, they believe that women’s vulnerability plays a key role in gender inequality. “All feminists (female and male) agree on three general points: (1) men and women should be valued equally; (2) women should have more control over their lives; (3) political, economic, family, and other institutions can reduce gender inequality” (Benokraitis, 2015). Men and women can be feminist, and they believe that gender equality is crucial.…

Feminists try to push for economic and legal equality for women in all areas and subjects. Men have always been viewed as superior to women because they’ve always been told to follow their heart and do it to the best of their ability, while women have been told to stay as housewives. Being a housewife is in no way a demeaning title. In fact, housewives get plenty of respect for taking care of children, the house, and the husband. While she does not get her own income from working a city job, she might get an allowance of some sort from the working husband. It’s just that when you didn’t have a choice of being a housewife or following your dreams, there is an…

Marriage is sacred, and everyone deserves to be with the one they love regardless of their sexual orientation. Although the former is correct, I hope you can revise your opinion on the latter.…

I am writing this letter in regards to the recent article that was printed in the Sydney Morning Herald earlier this week criticizing the study of Shakespeare in school and how it should be removed from the year 9 syllabuses. One of Shakespeare’s most famous works is the play of Romeo and Juliet which is also one of the world’s best-known love stories. A play such as Romeo and Juliet incorporates profound themes of human nature, father and daughter relationships and the inevitability of fate. In addition, exposing students to a multitude of literary techniques, challenges students with difficult language and style, expresses a profound knowledge of human behavior and offers insight into the world around us. Simply stated, I believe students should study Romeo and Juliet in school because of the incredible value within the play.…

One gender doesn’t have superior thoughts over others. Furthermore, there needs to be a “gender blind” approach to commerce and everyday things. There will be some things women can do that men can’t do, vice versa, but that shouldn’t stop the progress of society’s right direction forward. According to a writer from Devex.com, gender equality has high possibility of success when it comes to boosting our economy. They emphasized that if women are worked into the equation more often, there is a higher chance of economic prosperity. The author states that a Women, Work, and the Economy’s “report reveals that closing gender gaps in the labor market would raise GDP in the United States by 5 percent, in the United Arab Emirates by 12 percent, and in Egypt by 34 percent”. Also another report, Investing in Women’s Employment, states that women in the workforce would increase productivity and profitability. This evidence shows that the workforce can be gender balanced with results of success, despite all the…

In today’s society, women have been given the short end of the stick. Their positions in institutions of higher education and the workforce do not stand at the same level as men, and in many cases they have been relegated to a subservient position. Men often receive greater opportunities, privileges, and status in higher education and the workforce, even though there are no quantitative arguments proving that men are smarter or more productive than women. Many men have heard of the word feminism from a young age. Yet, they have not fully seen it in all of its forms. It is a multi-issue, multi-faceted movement moving further than it ever has into mainstream discussions within society. The movement, which has gained fervor now that Donald Trump…
