I am currently developing my undergraduate thesis that is the last step to graduate and be certified as a lawyer. My thesis is about the supervening contractual imbalance in the Peruvian legal system, which has some modifications in the Italian and German systems, which this last one is explained with the theory of Geschäftsgrundlage.
I am also studying German language, because I would like to pursue a Ph.D. in Germany. I decided to write you this letter because I have a big admiration for the researches you have made. Your excellent studies had inspired me and I’m doing my research studies base on it.
I hope you don’t mind my getting in touch; honestly I would like to have you as my mentor. I’m annexing my personal information, hoping to see a future communication.
I understand you are a very busy person, so I appreciate any time you can give me. Thanks very much,
Sincerely,

That being said, I may have led you to believe that I am satisfied with my current gpa. This, unfortunately, is not the case. One of my aspirations in middle school was to maintain a 4.0 gpa in high school. I have not attained that goal but I will try my best to change…

I need to finish with a great G.P.A. because grades are important to me and are a small symbol of your work ethic, so that my resume looks well enough to get the interviews and opportunities that I desire. I want to have 80 service hours to have an outstanding and philanthropic resume. I also want to be a lot more frugal with my money and begin playing gigs for money to earn an income and become more responsible. I also want to have accepted and be on the way to an internship in Nashville, Tennessee that I was offered last…

My overall grade point average (GPA) was a 2.97; however, my GPA for the last 60 hours in my major ranked a 4.0. Every semester I accomplished being named to the Dean’s List. I was also a member of several student organizations: Student Veterans of America, Future Business Leaders of America, NAACP, Mass Choir, and Xchange Ministries. As for my volunteer activities, I loved helping nontraditional students at night with learning basic computer skills, tutoring migrant workers to speak and write English and help Habitat for Humanity families beautify their new homes. As far as recognitions and awards, I have been nominated and chosen for Employee of the Semester, Outstanding Administrative Personnel and have received many “Caught You Caring” recognitions for exhibiting outstanding excellence while on the…

I was so focused on the academic aspects of school my freshman and sophomore years’ that i wasn’t active in any of my school’s clubs or activities. I finally decided to get more involved my junior year and I joined nearly every club, participated in every activity, and even went to as many sports events as I could have. I currently am a six year member of the National Beta Club and have held the positions of Vice President of Fundraising and Senior Representative throughout my high school career. Not only am I a leader in the Beta Club, but I participate in the Trailblazer leadership program with the Louisiana Office of Student Financial Assistance and my school’s freshman mentor program. I also joined the TRIO Upward Bound program whose ACT prep helped me to obtain a 22 as my highest ACT score at the time allowing me acceptance into my school’s ACT top 20 Club. Although it was hard with my many extracurricular activities I somehow still managed to finish my junior year with a 3.8…

I entered school in August of 2009 and did not focus on my studies. After just one year my GPA was a 1.376, because I did not have the drive that I had in high school to succeed. After a couple of years away from Texas Christian University, while attending a 2-year college, I realized what I wanted to do with my life, sparking the motivation I had been searching for. I then decided to return to TCU and fix my awful GPA, which I managed to do with hard work, determination, and appropriate priorities. After one year of nonstop studying and focus, I have managed to raise my GPA to a 2.777, removing myself from academic probation and qualifying for opportunities I was not eligible before. This was difficult for me because I also work part-time…

By the end of second semester, I had a 3.5 GPA. Considering I was an athlete, I felt proud of my ability to balance the responsibilities of school with homework, projects, etc, work, late-exhausting nights, and being an athlete, dealing with my teammates and my coaches expecting so much from me. It was all worth it at the end of the season and at the end of the school…

December 13th 2014 was one of the best days in my life. I still recall seeing my son and family in the stands as the president of the university mentioned for the family of the graduates to stand up and be recognized. I worked so hard that year and I was able to reach my goal and I am extremely proud of myself for that. As you can see in my transcript the last year I obtained above a 3.0 GPA in every semester. I am confident that if accepted I will work hard and do everything in my power to excel to the best of my abilities. My plan to raise my GPA is to organize myself and set time every day to study and go over class material. I understand that the graduate program is more difficult but I am determined to apply myself and get the grades needed to be successful. I look forward to learning a lot more in detail about my career field. I have a great desire to help people with disabilities explore their needs, manage their symptoms, and successfully live their lives. It is important to focus on a person’s capability rather than their disability. For this reason, I hold a special connection with this program and immense passion in raising public awareness about…
