I desire to obtain a position as a sales representative in the sports/active department. I strongly believe that I would be a strong candidate for the job, my past experiences have given me the tools to excel in this job. I have had several jobs and internships that have made me a responsible and well rounded person, with excellent people skills. I have worked in the fields harvesting fruit, I understand the value of hard work. Working at a local restaurant for two weeks; that my neighbors owned, I was able to gain skills with people, like being patient and having respect for all costumers. Dealing with upset and hungry customers is something that I have worked with on a daily basis. The second reason why I am the best candidate for the job is my knowledge in sports. I have played most sports from soccer to basketball, and from football to cross country and track. When a potential customer arrives unknowing of what they want and need I can be a very reliable source for help. Some of the qualities that make me best fit is my power of influence, ever since I was a young boy I could convince people of my ideology, and can sell people the simplest things just by the power of influence, for example I can convince athletes to purchase item even if they believe it's expensive. As a current athlete, I am able hold conversations with other athletes and make sure that they love the service and keep returning. My goals in this career are to sell athletic gear, and make sure all my customers are satisfied with their purchases. I aspire to help grow the franchise and get good feedback from each and every single of our customers.
