Project 1: Lessons for an accidental profession

Introduction

During the last days, several Concepts have been learnt about Project Management due to an activity related to an article entitled “Lessons for an accidental Profession”. The meaning of this phrase is explain why project managers can achieve important skills by happenstance. In the following report all the comments of the team member has been considered as crucial contributions, some of them has been chosen and some other has been avoided as part of a decision process by the project manager of the team according to develop the best work.
