Topic : Visiting Niah Caves

Integrated Skill(s) : Speaking and Reading
Learning Outcome : By the end of their primary schooling, pupils should be able to:
4.7 Give accurate information when writing messages, instructions, simple reports, and when filling out forms.

Curriculum Specifications : 4.7.9 Write stories with little or no guidance. 2.3.6 Take part in teacher guided discussions.
Language Focus : Sentence-connectors, Adjectives and Nouns
Behavioural Objectives : By the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to:
1. Write a paragraph of narrative essay which consist sequence connectors, character(s) and setting
2. Highlights the word use in a narrative writing
Previous Knowledge : Know how to construct simple sentence and compound sentence, sequence connectors, answering questions
Instructional Materials : Map, picture cards, information booklet, story sheet, answer cards, information sheet, and essay master copy.
Educational Emphasis : CCTS – Pupils able to relate information given to write a narrative essay.
Moral Values – Pupils cooperate with each other to write a paragraph.
