Leonardo's Accomplishments
Leonardo was born in the small town of Vinci, Tuscany in April 15 1452. In the1460s Leonardo and his parents moved to Florence. His amazing art talent got him to Verrocchios workshop in 1466. That's where he met Botticelli and Ghirlandaio. When he was working with Verrocchio he learned new things like painting and making large sculptures made of marble and other materials.
He invented the helicopter, machine gun, parachute, and many other thing.
He painted the Mona Lisa. in 1503 Leonardo made spent time making one of the most famous painting in the world and it was called the Mona Lisa.
He also painted “the last supper”.
He was taught by his mother.
