I think Lee Harvey Oswald may have been completely innocent. There are multiple facts that show a lot of evidence towards the fact that Oswald hadn't done anything at all on the day of November 22, 1963 when president John F. Kennedy was assassinated.
One of the things that disprove the theory that Oswald was carrying a gun into the Texas School Book Depository was that the gun that Oswald may or may not have owned would not have fit in the package that he was carrying to work. He said that I am carrying curtain rods to work in response to his friend asking him what was. In my opinion he may have actually been carrying curtain rods.     Oswald is known as the man who killed the President based on the official word from the government. He had been hired by the Texas School Book Depository a month prior to the assassination. This job was instrumental in the assassination as it allowed him to overlook the motorcade from the book depository and shoot the President with little trouble. He flees the crime scene but is eventually caught in the Texas Theatre after the police were tipped off by a man who believed Oswald was behaving suspiciously. He was charged with shooting a police officer and was transferred to jail. Jack Ruby, a nightclub operator with alleged ties to organised crime, killed Oswald during the transfer. The only man who knew who killed JFK was now dead and Ruby shortly followed as he suffered from cancer of the lungs, brain and liver. These deaths paved the way for conspiracy theories as all the loose ends were tied while questions remained unanswered. In an effort to dispel rumours and provide a consensus, President Lyndon B. Johnson established The President 's Commission on the Assassination of President Kennedy which was known informally as the Warren Commission. The commission concluded that both Oswald and Ruby acted alone. The goal to dispel the conspiracies surrounding the assassination backfired as their findings were found to be controversial and were criticised for their methods and important omissions.…

    On November 22nd, 1963, President John F. Kennedy (JFK) was shot and killed in a motorcade running through Dealy Plaza, in Dallas, Texas. Shortly after, a man by the name of Lee Harvey Oswald was arrested and charged with the murder of President Kennedy. Over the years there has been much controversy over if Lee Harvey Oswald was in fact, the only man involved in the assassination of JFK. The assassination is still a topic of debate to this day and has spawned many conspiracy theories. At the time, there was little persuasive evidence to prove that Oswald was involved in any sort of conspiracy to assassinate the president, but as time went on people began to grow suspicious of certain things. In 1966, Mark Lane was one of the first to introduce the idea that Oswald did not act alone with the publication of his book Rush to Judgment. Now today, 75% of people believe Lee Harvey Oswald did not act alone[1], 70% of respondents believed that the assassination involved more than one person[2]. Also 66% of Americans believe that there was a conspiracy, while 74% believed that there was a cover up[3].
