Learning Team Goals

Our main goal is to acquire the needed knowledge of the class and apply it to our daily life and work. Utilize what we learned so far and try not to repeat past mistakes. Also applied that knowledge learned in this course for professional lives.
What are potential barriers to the achievement of these goals?
The understanding of the assignments to come and the effort that is placed individually to achieve the goal set by the work team.
Ground Rules
Meeting schedule, locations, attendance expectations, agenda, assignment completion, communication methods, etc.
Due to the hard schedules of all the members of the team our meeting will be held primarily by email, chat and teleconference. The meetings will be held on the on Mondays from 6 pm till 8 pm. Attendance is mandatory, notify with anticipation that you can’t assist to the meeting. The team members have to be in contact by
